All I can say is that after a "doff-n'-don" in 20 feet of Moterey cold-assed black waters NOTHING intimidates me under water any more. I got caught in some fishing lines free diving for over a minute, but instead of freaking, I remembered the feeling from the doff - how much futher than the panic moment that my body can go - and calmly untangled myself and surfaced...
